Setup note (for the site owner)

This tool writes into ./view/short/urls.json — the same file go/index.php reads from. That folder needs to be writable by the web server. For /go/AbC123 links to actually redirect, the go/ folder needs a rewrite rule — see go-htaccess-snippet.txt.
